When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders are dispatched and delivered within 1 - 2  hours of order confirmation every day, excluding public holidays. Prescription medications will require an upload of a copy of the prescription and the original prescription to be provided at the time of delivery.

Should an incorrect item be dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service.
